$35 Kill Fee + 45 cents per pound Carcass weight

Hogs

45 cents per pound live weight (200 lb minimum)

*Extra charges apply for curing bacons, making Italian sausage, bratwurst, etc.  Please call for pricing.

Lambs & Goats

$30 Kill Fee + 60 cents per pound carcass weight

*This is wrapped with white freezer paper, if you would prefer your meat to vacuum packaged it would be an extra 10 cents per pound on the carcass weight.
